We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligible Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or full refund — no return shipment required. Please contact us with photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
We are unable to accept returns for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Final Sale Items The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Earrings
- Opened skincare and makeup products
- Sale/discounted items
- Press-on nails
Return Shipping For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), return shipping and any handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Missing Orders If you haven't received your order, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.
