Why does my product's packaging look different from what I expected?

We source our products from trusted suppliers, and packaging may vary depending on the batch. Your makeup product may arrive in one of the following ways:

  • Sealed with plastic wrap — fully enclosed in protective plastic
  • Open-wrapped — plastic wrap present but not fully sealed
  • No plastic packaging — product arrives without any outer wrap

Please note that none of these variations affect the quality or safety of your product. All items are inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our standards.

Is my product safe to use if it arrived without plastic wrap?

Yes! The presence or absence of plastic wrap is purely a packaging variation from our supplier. It does not indicate that the product has been used, tampered with, or compromised in any way. The product itself remains sealed and safe to use.
